Our Medical and Patient Communications team is a full-service Medical Communications Agency within IQVIA. The team are currently in a period of expansion, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Publication Manager to develop their career with us at this very exciting time in our evolution. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and wrap up of key project wins across a number Medical Communications Service Lines, working with a range of Clients, Stakeholders, Internal Resources, Contributing Agencies and Vendors ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Work with senior Client services team members and other internal teams contributing to the development and delivery of high quality programs that meet the needs of Customers and Clients
Project manage teams to deliver on all aspects of project activities delivery of projects to agreed specification and quality
Assess the scope of all assigned project activities / programs and assist in identifying the range and depth of project management support necessary for achieving objectives
Tactical delivery on all aspects of project briefing, planning, scheduling, budgets and resourcing
Responsible and accountable for all financial activities relating to project delivery
Along with the Account Teams, act as day to day client contact, as appropriate in collaboration with other Project Managers as necessary.
Contribute to the growth of existing and new accounts
Review and refine account / project processes and take responsibility for identifying new approaches / systems to improve efficiency and delivery of client work and IQVIA operations
Delegate and brief in activities to team members as appropriate; coach and support the development of Project Managers, Senior Project Executives, Project Executives and Project Coordinators as appropriate. Assist in monitoring workloads and development opportunities of junior team members as appropriate
Competent in the use of ( required ):
MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Project Management Software (ideally Smartsheet or MS Projects)
Experienced in the use of (desirable):
Significant (Generally 5+ years) Project Management or Account Executive experience within Medical Communications Agency Environment is Required
Significant Publications experience including, liaising with authors and HCPs, collaborating cross-functionally and with publication teams to execute publication plans and publications, and submitting articles to publications is required; knowledge of Pub Med is a Plus.
Good knowledge of all aspects of project management services and ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service and supplier management skills
Good finance skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate recommendations
