    What's the job?

    As a Marketing Supervisor, you'll support in the delivery of all aspects of Sales & Marketing and Communications for the Crowne Plaza Resort Guam. Your responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of promotions and special events, liaising with vendors and partners, working closely with local media (radio, print, outdoor and online), supporting in the development and execution of the Resorts social and environmental plan and supporting the Resorts digital agency with creating engaging content and storytelling. You'll also assist with sales and marketing reporting and routine interaction with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales and Marketing, Cluster Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.

    • Support colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect

    • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

    • Cooperate, Coordinate and communicate with inter-departmental colleagues as appropriate.

    Financial

    • Identify opportunities for the Resort

    • Monitor competitions' marketing and promotional activities

    • Suggest marketing and communications activity which will increases exposure and share for the Resort.

    Guest Experience

    • Deliver Crowne Plaza Brand Promise and Service Signatures in your daily work.

    • Support in enhance the image of the resort in the local community.

    • Participate as an active member of the community through associations, memberships and activities.

    • Support in organize and promoting special events, collaborations, partnerships, competitions, parties, gastronomic festivities, tec.

    Responsible Business

    • Maintain good communication with the team across all departments, functions and other owner business units.

    • Be responsible in keeping the property safe and secure, to participate in any resort activity related to Fire Life safety.

    • Perform other ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments which may be assigned by management when we have to pull together to get a task done.

    • Champion environmental and sustainability initiatives of the resorts.

    What we need from you

    Education - Bachelor's degree

    Service years

    • Four years of similar positions or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

    • Marketing/Media related experience in preferred.

    Knowledge and skills

    • Knowledge of local businesses and the Guam Hotel market

    • Good Communication and writing skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.

    • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

    • Tasks and Project Management Skills

    • Strong team work and flexibility

    Language - Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
