Summary

This position will be directly involved with the implementation of all marketing activities and campaigns. The purpose is to maximize sales through developing marketing strategies that match customers' requirements by promoting products and services that work effectively to increase brand awareness while generating opportunities to grow market share and ultimately generate new business.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior marketing experience

• Strong graphic capabilities using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Knowledge of digital marketing formats (websites, inbound marketing software, and social media)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Working Conditions

This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely a sedentary role.

Essential Job Functions

• Implementation of marketing directives and sales strategies on a divisional level

• Design and create graphics for banner ads, website, invitations, flyers, surveys, presentations and other marketing materials

• Website and inbound marketing development and maintenance by utilizing marketing tools, and software to gather important data

• eMarketing campaign integration, SEO/SEM, organic and paid search campaigns, online advertising, social media and website strategy

• Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and create new business

• Attend meetings for product knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting

• Work with various departments, branches and associates in assisting them in a variety of marketing & sales undertakings

• Coordinate or assist in activities involved in the planning and execution of special events

• Miscellaneous administrative support

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $55000 to $75000 annually.
