Do you have experience forming partnerships while creating and executing sales strategies? We are looking for a strategic, analytic, and creative thinker with exceptional communication skills.
What You Will Be Doing
The Market Development Sales Representative will drive forward key growth initiatives in one of Orascoptic's highest potential segments. This individual will work closely with both key channel partners and with Orascoptic's elite team of end-user Sales Representatives located across North America, establishing, and executing sales growth programs.
Uncover potential partner opportunities. Create new partnerships with DSO's and GPO's.
Create and execute an effective onboarding program to engrain Orascoptic into the partners buying habits
Work closely with existing partners to create evergreen sales opportunities
Enjoy crafting your vision into collateral using various software applications
Mix of in person selling activities and creating sales strategies to support partner growth
Bachelors Degree; concentrations in healthcare, business, or marketing preferred
Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Relevant direct sales experience coupled with commercial instincts that will inspire confidence among customers and within the Orascoptic sales organization
Dental sales experience highly desired
Experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships with Channel Partners and End Users
Proven ability to negotiate agreements/contracts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in creating and sustaining strong profitability and business results within a successful organization
Ability to create high quality proposals, flyers, and other sales collateral using various programs.
Advanced skills in MS Office, InDesign, or similar programs
Fifty Percent (50%) travel with some intermittent weekend travel including overnight stay
