Manufacturing Engineering Manager needed at leading medical device company located near Wonder Lake, IL. This position is responsible for leading a group of engineers and providing engineering support to Manufacturing. To be considered - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least five (5) years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Experience in Injection Molding and Automation processes

• Experience leading a team of engineers

• Manage activities and allocates resources within the Manufacturing Engineering area

• Responsible for providing engineering support to Manufacturing to meet plant and divisional goals

• Provide engineering support for the molding and assembly manufacturing processes and equipment

• Manages the monitoring of the moulding and assembly equipment, machines, and tools

• Identifies areas and means to improve moulding and assembly manufacturing processes / equipment

• Supports the introduction of automated manufacturing cells in molding and assembly
