Manufacturing Engineer - New

Description

We have a need for a contract manufacturing engineering to help with a new line layout project. This individual will be a contract resource to help develop and redesign a current line layout on the floor. This will be a part time resource with the ability to ramp up or ramp down based on workload.

• Work with Director of Operations to identify bottle necks and ideas on improvement.

• Work in AutoCAD 70% of the time to redesign floor layout

• Work on the floor 30% of the time to commission the line for runs

• Execute time studies to understand the efficiencies and inefficiencies

Minimum Requirements

• BS Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.

• 5+ years in Mechanical Engineering and design

• AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience

• Layout and Conceptual Design experience
