Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Pay Range: $87K - $147K D.O.E.

What's the job:

• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, work force utilization, workflow and equipment layout for efficiency.

• Work with vendors on specifications and arrange for purchases evaluating products according to specs. and quality standards.

• Responsible for maintenance and service of manufacturing equipment, keeping maintenance records current.

• Work with Team to resolve quality issues, make continuous improvements, update procedures and work instructions in coordination with Quality dept.

What's needed:

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering from a 4 years college/university plus 4-6 years of related experience.

• Mfg. software, QAD, MS Office, AutoCAD a plus.

• SMT and through-hole process knowledge

• IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 certified, ANSI/ESD S20.20 knowledge.

• ISO 9001 and TL 9000 & PCBA manufacturing experience.
