Randstad Staffing has partnered with a Corrugated Sheets company located in Cottage Grove, MN that is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician on 1st and 2nd shift. This maintenance technician must have a class 2B Boilers license. The candidate must also have 3 plus years of Maintenance Technician experience in an industrial setting. Responsibilities

Skills and abilities

• Class 2B Boilers License or better, preferred.

• 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting preferred.

• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery (motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems).

• strong problem solving skills.

• An understanding of steam and blower/vacuum systems.

• Ability to read and interpret both electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with the Microsoft suite.

• Ability to work various shifts and overtime.

• An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.

• The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.

• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.

• Corrugated background is a plus, but not required.

The essential functions of this role include

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
