Maintenance Technician

Description:

This position is a maintenance technician. Primarily this person will be doing 50% reactive and 50% PMs. The reactive maintenance is going to be primarily repairing hydraulic and pneumatic components that they have on their slitter machines or on their roll grinding machines. They will need to be familiar with doing some fabrication work as at times they will have to weld up a part or weld a bracket onto the machine to make sure it's properly repaired. This person will need to be comfortable working with 3-phase 480v motors. They can expect to replace a lot of sensors as well.

As far as PM's go, this will commonly be just replacing motors or greasing bearings.

Qualifications:

3 years experience with hydraulics

3 years experience with pnuematics

3-phase 480v experience

Welding/Fabrication work
