Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor for all 3 shifts.

Candidate should have 3+ years of Supervisory experience in pharma or manufacturing environment (Military & Food Mfg have worked out well)

Overseeing a team of 16 techs

This is a supervisory/management role - not really doing hands on work.

Ideal candidates will have experience with high speed packaging

Strong communication skills needs

Will be responsible for disciplinary action, delegation of daily tasks, hiring/interviewing, personnel management

Supervise and control all the shift production related Preventive Maintenance activities and administer the PM Program to ensure compliance with the cGMP guidelines and Cherry Hill Maintenance Strategy. The position will also provide maintenance support to operating production lines and oversee facility critical systems on the assigned shift. Interface, coordinate and follow up on all maintenance activities and ensure all shift maintenance activities are completed per schedule requirements. Other duties include training mechanics on new equipment, vendor interface, special projects, requesting spare parts and developing

Preventive Maintenance Programs.
