Litigation Attorney: Diverse Caseload

Description

A midsized litigation firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation. This firm handles a variety of civil litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. My team has worked with this firm for almost a decade and we have placed several attorneys with this firm. They have all had a great experience. This is a firm where attorneys go to spend their careers!

The ideal attorney will have a true passion for litigation. This attorney will have the opportunity to second chair trials and have ownership over their cases. This attorney will handle a variety of practice areas, including real estate and title disputes, professional liability, and general civil litigation. The ideal attorney will have experience with:

• Discovery

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Taking and/or defending depositions

• Preparing for trials, mediations, and/or arbitrations

This firm has a friendly and collaborative environment with almost nonexistent turnover. They support their attorneys with an infrastructure of great technology and fantastic support staff.

This attorney role offers a competitive base salary, generous bonus structure, retirement plan, and 100% employer-paid benefits. This firm offers their attorneys a MONTHLY billable hour bonus of $50/hr for every hour over the threshold.

This attorney will work onsite 1-2 days/week. This attorney can work out of either of the firm's two offices. Otherwise, this attorney can work remotely!
