Litigation Attorney- Commercial -Business- Trusts

Description

Established business and wealth management firm in Manhattan beach has partnered with Robert Half legal in their search to secure an experienced FULLY REMOTE contract Litigation attorney.

Ideally you have 5-10 years of experience in litigation this role will be primarily focused on business commercial, shareholder derivative, probate, and trust litigation. You will primarily be responsible for helping to prepare a complex case for trial, which includes helping to propound discovery, respond to discovery, and draft motions. The position may also assist with trust and probate cases.

The Project

• Remote Litigation attorney will be working on one case and getting it ready for trial

• This project requires a strong civil litigator with trial or trial preparation experience

• Conduct pre-lit and work a case from A to Z

• Conduct Legal research

• Support complex discovery/Draft discovery motions/Must be strong in law and motion: Motion to compel etc.

Requirements

-Must be Licensed and in good standing with CA BAR

Must take ownership of the work and be able to work with a team

• This project could run until the end of the year

Those with 5+ years of experience preferred

This role is 40 hours per week
