The interview questions tend to be broad, but we would like to catch the individual's ability to communicate and collaborate with our end-users, as well as their proficiency in documenting business systems in our ticketing (ManageEngine/ServiceDesk Plus) and technical documentation (IT Glue) systems. We are interested in candidates who excel at managing business applications, particularly in user administration, maintenance, and regular support.

Here are a few example questions that will be asked for this interview

• Tell me everything you know about the organization (look through the website, employee count, different verticals, financials, size, history, what we do, etc.)

• Briefly describe your education, training and experience and how you have prepared you for the position of System Analyst with our organization

• Self-evaluation yourself question. From 0 to 10, please rate your knowledge and experience in the following areas for diagnosing and resolving system issues:

• Application programming

• SQL reporting

• Managing enterprise applications

• Infrastructure knowledge, Networking, Server Management, Operational/Help Desk support
