• Pay Rate / Range $110,000-140,000

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions. -

This program requires US Citizenship.

Location: Fairfax, VA

Clearance: Minimum of a Top Secret Clearance, will be required to obtain an SCI before they start and a CI Poly down the line

5-8 years of experience (or so) that is a bit of jack of all trades (windows administration, servers, networking, Cisco HW) but not an expert in any one thing. The person would be trained further on networking with the goal of eventually replacing the person on the team who is the Network expert as he is due to retire in a few years.

Salary Range: $100K-$130K

Cert: Sec CE Travel: 1-2 trips per year to Denver

This person will work on the Corporate IT Team and while they will perform a variety of tasks, he/she will focus on the networking side of things. We are looking for someone with 4-8 years of experience that has a solid base of networking skills and will eventually take over the networking lead role on the team as the current person is a few years from retirement (mentorship from that person will be provided). He/She will support both the Fairfax, VA and Denver, CO offices and any folks that are CONUS/OCONUS at customer sites. We have had a good amount of luck with ex-military given they typically have the clearance and a good diverse skillset. Please let me know if you have any questions.

*Please note, we are not looking for a jack of all trades who have a small amount of networking. Networking needs to be their current focus with some background in Windows/desktop/sys admin type experience.

Be a part of a small team responsible for designing, installing, implementing, and maintaining a multi- faceted network infrastructure with strict security, fault tolerance and availability requirements. Areas of involvement include rack level, data center, and transport layers. Most work is performed on-site at the Fairfax location, but some travel may be required to the Denver location. This is in support of all in house networks located at both Fairfax and Denver locations.

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in network implementation and maintenance.

• Proficiency with Cisco and HP networking devices

• Proficiency with multiple network protocols, to include, TCP/IP, IPv4, UDP (and multicast), TLS, VPLS, GRE

• Experience configuring, maintaining, or troubleshooting:

• Ruting Prtocols (i.e. OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP).

• Virtual LAN's and Trunking (VLAN's).

• Lcal Area Netwrk (LAN) and/r Wide Area Netwrk (WAN).

• Netwrk Cntrolled Interfaces/Security: Firewall, ACL.

• Security+ or CISSP Certification

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in groups Desired Skills:

• Experience engaging with and working seamlessly within a team.

• Experience with networking Linux and/or BSD systems to include system administration.
