As an IT Manager, you will support First Choice Ingredients processes and applications within our Commercial and Manufacturing groups. This will require you to work with end-users and managers at various levels and cooperate with peers across the dsm-firmenich organization. The support consists of participating in projects, leading processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the running business. You will work with First Choice Ingredients' main ERP application (Great Plains) and other connected systems (e.g. Vicinity and Dynamics 365), to ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology platforms (e.g. Great Plains-Vicinity-Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

• Oversee upgrades, troubleshooting, systems backups, and disaster recovery.

• Ensure that the business processes, applications, and hardware including IT tools are running well, in cooperation with relevant departments, dsm-firmenich service units, and 3rd party ERP software suppliers.

• Manage and implement security protocols for facilities and systems

• Manage the purchase of all software, hardware, and other IT supplies in line with dsm-firmenich standards.

• Prepare for SAP implementation.

You bring:

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, similar field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.

• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware-software systems

• Microsoft Dynamics experience (Great Plains-Vicinity-CRM)

• Takes quick and decisive actions when necessary to remedy problem situations.

• Grasps complexities and perceives relationships among issues.
