    You Are:

    The IT Access Management Lead will develop a strategy and execute an implementation plan for driving a consistent access control approach across all AFS Systems. The AFS IT Organization must successfully comply with multiple control frameworks such as Sarbanes Oxley - SOX and NIST 800-171 for access control in a complex deadline-driven organization.

    To be successful, the person who fills this role should have prior experience in preparing for access reviews and be familiar with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and NIST controls implemented across AFS. Additionally, this role will implement best practices and recommendations across AFS functions having to identify the right balance across system priorities, roll-out approaches, and technical implementations to ensure organizational compliance. This role is responsible for understanding current processes such as user access management (UAM) and privileged access management (PAM) and leveraging leading practices and prior experience with access review tools to determine what is the best fit for AFS.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Leading IT access management processes for new and existing applications

    • Identifying and documenting privileged and non-privileged roles

    • Managing end-to-end access reviews, including role content and user access reviews, and leadership sign-off

    • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an access control roadmap in coordination with security and business stakeholders

    • Creating new or refining existing access request forms while simultaneously ensuring an auditable history for assessors

    • Supporting internal controls, security, and compliance requirements and initiatives with an understanding of their importance to the enterprise

    • Identifying improvements to enhance end-user experiences, auditability and compliance, or organizational efficiency.

    • Reporting and escalating key decisions, risks, and issues to management; overseeing remediation plans, as needed.

    • Creating and improving internal documentation of new and established processes

    • Taking on ad hoc responsibilities, as assigned

    • Possesses excellent organizational, multi-tasking, project and time-management skills.

    • Creates optimal solutions for complex problems using critical thinking, previous knowledge and experience, or by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures.

    • Operates well in a fast-paced environment subject to rapid change and ambiguity.

    • Requires minimal guidance and ability to work independently when determining methods and procedures for completing new assignments and developing deliverables.

    • Works with both technical and functional stakeholders to coordinate across teams and understand system requirements.

    • Possesses ability to conduct and document reviews with stakeholders to iterate and refine solutions.

    • Has strong communications skills and collaborates with peers, management, and executive-level leadership?

    • Knows or has desire and ability to learn intermediate technical skills (e.g., scripting, ticketing systems, software interactions, computer hardware, etc.)

    • Possesses Microsoft Software Skills (Office Suite, Power Platform, etc.)

    Bonus Points if you have:

    • Working knowledge of access control management, internal control and/or audit practices, NIST 800-171 controls, CMMC audit practices, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)

    • Experience in a virtual work environment.

    • Microsoft Infrastructure Skills (Azure, Exchange Admin, SharePoint Admin)

    • ServiceNow experience

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

    • California: $111,400 - $213,600

    • Colorado: $111,400 - $184,300

    • New York: $103,200 - $213,600

    • Washington State: $118,700 - $196,400
