    Job Title: Integrated Process Analytics Lead US

    Location: Covington, GA

    About the role:

    As an Integrated Process Analytics Lead US, you will be a key player transforming the way multiple teams work with data across all production sites of the Global Manufacturing and Supply Organization (GMS). You will be a part of the Manufacturing Intelligence Team, providing digital solutions to GMS. You will help to improve our product quality and reduce loss while increasing efficiency, which has an impact on our ability to serve our patients with vital products.

    How you will contribute:

    • Manage Digital Solutions to implement complex manufacturing data-driven solutions, with an impact on the daily operation of our manufacturing processes and facilities.

    • Oversee and guide data analytics (process trending, process modeling, real-time analytics, and predictive analytics) in a GxP environment from an IT perspective for all US GMS sites.

    • Ensure Digital Solutions and Platforms are built, scalable and on state-of-the-art technology.

    • Provide guidance and standards to external partners and business partners for solving complex technical challenges and implementations.

    • Guide identification of technical issues, guide and escalate issues.

    • Partner with stakeholders, external and internal colleagues to prioritize requirements and to ensure the total solution delivered to the customer meets/exceeds expectations.

    • Follow company and departmental policies, procedures and ensure documentation according to the Takeda Quality Management Systems (QMS), Software Development Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle standards.

    What you bring to Takeda:

    • Master's degree in data/computer science or in a Technical/Natural Science (with focus on IT) or equivalent,

    • 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry,

    • In-Depth knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases,

    • Understanding of Shop-Floor systems (MES, ERP, LIMS, Historian, etc.),

    • Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

    • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

    • Understanding of Data Science workflows, including Machine Learning and / or Deep Learning.

    • Experience in Project Management with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

    • Understanding of data integration and ETL platforms (Amazon Glue, Databricks, Informatica).

    • Experience in Computer Systems Validation GAMP.

    • Experience with Business Intelligence and Tools (Qlik/PowerBI).

    • Additional Languages: Python, R, Javascript.

    • Basic technical and scientific background knowledge in pharmaceutical/biological environments.

    Important Considerations

    At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. In this role, you may:

    • Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.

    • Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.

    • Work in a cold, wet environment.

    • Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.

    • Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.

    U.S. Base Salary Range:

    $108,500.00 - $170,500.00

    The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.?The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

    U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
