    Standard Hours - 100% Onsite. Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

    Competitive Pay - $20.00+/hr

    A day in the role...

    • Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email.

    • Enter sales orders and quotes into P21.

    • Provide pricing and product information as requested.

    • Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required.

    • Assist walk in customers if needed.

    • Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current.

    • Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner.

    • Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome.

    • Attend department or company-wide meetings as required.

    Necessary Skills and Strengths

    Customer Service | Sales | Heavy Call Volumes | Call Center | Sales Specialist | Inside Sales Associate | Data Entry | Metrics | Order Processing

    Core Experience

    • 2 years of inside sales experience (pref. phone sales)

    • Experience with required targets, KPI's, and quotas

    • Industrial Sales

    • Data Entry Experience

    • Excellent communication, problem solving skills, and customer rapport
