Job Description

As our Inside Sales Manager, you will drive the sales motions with channel partners and Accountants. Do you get excited about creating new programs? We are revamping our Accountant program and need a dynamic leader to manage change, look for new opportunities and drive additional growth through this channel, as well as our Sage 50 partner program. This individual will need to understand the intricacies of a partner selling motion, as well as multiple strategies including "flank" which is selling complementary Sage solutions to competitive core products. We are looking for a creative sales leader to rethink and capture all revenue opportunities, elevate the team, the solutions and the revenue.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Grow the Direct Sales efforts to Accountants, driving a sell through motion for our core accounting

• Coach and monitor sales colleagues on best practices for prospecting, opportunity management and closing skills

• Track and report team KPIs to ensure alignment to sales objectives

• Manage renewals for current clients and firms

• Manage and grow our partner reseller program

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in the tech industry

• 3+ years of experience coaching sales reps

• Fintech knowledge
