    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Impact Finance project coordinator to join our growing Strategy team. The Strategy team supports and enables the organization through meaningful internal and external events, including routine leadership meetings, executive leadership strategy convenings, employee experiences, workshops, and a range of large events that drive Impact Finance's business strategy and employee engagement priorities, including an annual all employee Offsite and our annual Racial Equity Summit.

    This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events from start to finish, leading day of coordination for meetings/event and supporting various members of the Strategy team in execution of their core priorities. Events may include internal meetings, programs, employee experience days, and external meetings. The project coordinator will be responsible for working independently to support, manage and execute events from start to finish and work with a diverse set of internal partners to collaborate and coordinate. Success in this role requires a proactive, supportive individual with a keen eye to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. This individual should be able to manage multiple projects or events at once and have proven track record of taking an event idea from concept to execution in a planful, creative and organized way.

    Specific responsibilities:

    • Partner with key stakeholders to plan and execute internal meetings, including taking the lead on managing logistics, scheduling, and coordination of resources.

    • Partner with Employee Experience team to organize experiences to enhance morale and engagement, including celebrations and programming.

    • Manage external events from inception to completion, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communications.

    • Develop clear and consistent procedures for event management, including event checklists that anticipate needs before, during and after

    • Oversee onsite logistics, including setup, breakdown and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

    • Evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event analysis and feedback.

    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and quality of events.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Proven experience in event planning and project management, with a track record of successful execution (ex: experience building out an event from conception to execution, creating run of show/event briefs, developing talking points, drafting leader updates, etc.)

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast paced environment

    • Proactive professional who takes the initiative to ensure that all details are handled with precision

    • Willingness to take direction from various members of the team in a fast-paced matrixed environment

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate at all levels of the organization

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and skilled in project planning (backwards planning, project plans, milestone identification)

    • Creative problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing problems

    • Growth mindset and an openness to change, feedback and evolving processes

    • Proactive work style with a bias towards learning and action

    • Ability to travel 15% of time for events that could be off-site or out of town

    • Ability to manage early morning and evening events

    Location Expectations

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,685.00 - $76,100.00 - $83,710.00
