    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking an experienced human resources professional to join a dynamic team. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in driving employee relations, talent acquisition, talent planning, performance metrics coaching, and managing the HR staff. This position is an integral part of their succession planning, with potential opportunities for relocation beyond the New England area in the future.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, policies, and programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

    • Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.

    • Create and execute talent planning initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.

    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance metrics, employee development, and HR best practices.

    • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing leadership, support, and development opportunities.

    • Stay updated on HR industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and support organizational goals.

    • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects employees' contributions.

    This position offers a competitive base plus bonus, salary depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years HR Generalist, Business Partner or Manager experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.

    Requirements

    • 4-6+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing organization.

    • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, talent planning, and performance management.

    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others.

    • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
