  • Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves overseeing HR-related activities and maintaining HR files in an online database. The chosen candidate will work in a team environment, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and contributing to our overall business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the preparation, review, auditing, and processing of HR-related information following prescribed internal processes and program requirements.

    • Organize and scan HR files into an online database, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.

    • Review and sort all HR-related mail and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate partner groups or client bases.

    • Maintain and update various spreadsheets, files, audits, and databases related to HR functions.

    • Process various invoices in a timely manner, collaborating closely with partner groups for accuracy.

    • Complete Unemployment claims received for various states, adhering to legal and company guidelines.

    • Conduct verification of employment requests, both written and verbal, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

    • Serve as a backup to a Senior HR Coordinator, providing support to a client base as needed.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Oracle, CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, Onboarding, Detailed Review, and Unemployment Claim skills to perform job functions effectively. Requirements - Candidate must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Teams is required

    • Prior experience with Oracle software is a must

    • Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools

    • Experience in employee onboarding processes is necessary

    • Ability to conduct detailed reviews of documents and processes

    • Experience in handling unemployment claims is beneficial

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

    • Proven experience in a similar HR role is desirable

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
