  • Job Description

    Insight Global is in need of a HR Data Analyst that will execute comprehensive data analysis for up to 2,100 personnel, following DoD, Joint, and Air Force standards. HR Data Analyst will work with data to include; personnel employment information, compensation and benefits. Additional responsibilities include:

    * Analyzing extensive HR datasets on demographics, performance, compensation, and engagement.

    * Developing predictive models to detect trends, forecast outcomes, and guide HR decisions.

    * Designing and conducting experiments to test HR initiative effectiveness.

    * Creating data visualizations and dashboards for HR and leadership decision-making.

    * Crafting repeatable HR data queries using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Jira.

    * Collaborating with HR partners and analysts to improve HR processes through data insights.

    * Staying current with advancements in data science, HR analytics, and technology to drive innovation.

    * Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security compliance in all analyses and reports.

    * Providing technical guidance to Commanders, Technical Advisors, and Leadership on HR policies.

    * Coordinating with Staff/Group Offices to analyze data impact on the DoD Customer and preparing briefings for senior leadership as needed.

    * Managing deadlines for all Requests for Information (RFIs) as per established timelines.

    * Offering management analysis to optimize resources for combat-ready and cyber mission forces supporting Air Force, DoD, and global cyberspace operations.

    Skills and Requirements

    Prior Air Force HR or Personnel Data Analysis experience

    USAF personnel management system

    Prior Force Support Squadron (FSS) Experience

    review and manipulate data with tools such as; Excel, Tableau, Power BI or Jira null
