    In this position you can expect to partner with HR Shared Services and COEs to deliver value-added HR thought leadership and deliver programs to the operational teams that you support. You will offer counsel to leaders in a rapidly changing business environment while proactively identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction. You will lead execution of major HR initiatives for your assigned client groups and across Finance to include compensation and performance review initiatives.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of general business experience

    • 3+ years HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Colleague Relations experience, Retail Management or related experience

    • The ability to be onsite in RI or CT 3+ days per week (could include plane travel)

    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required per business needs (including plane travel)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with compensation, recruiting, organizational design, and talent management

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, to think through employee issues and move to resolution subtly and in a timely manner

    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees individually, as well as ability to present information to large groups of employees

    Education

    • Human Resources or Project Management certification

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $63,300.00 - $139,200.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
