A Human Resources Analyst performs the full range of professional human resources work in the City's Human Resources Department. Employees in this class perform work in one or more of the following areas of specialization: classification and compensation; employment and testing; employee relations, training, and organizational development; or employee records and benefits administration. The work of a Human Resources Analyst is distinguished from a Human Resources Technician in terms of the analytical depth and scope of assignments and the independence with which they are completed. Please Note This is a Temp-to-hire role for 40 hours a week with a schedule of 9-5 M-F. The first month will be 5 days in office and then will transition into a hybrid schedule. The Hybrid schedule will feature 3 days in the office with 2 days wfh.

salary: $28 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities

Assist with the new applicant tracking system NEOGOV - Update records -

Help with retirement plans / Insurance claims / Benefit programs

HRIS experience

Excel (look up tables)
