    You Are:

    An AI practitioner, capable of hands-on development of Large Language Models as well as the ability to lead one or more delivery teams as required, in support of our Data and AI Practice.

    Demonstrated Capabilities:

    • Ability to build and execute fine-tuning pipelines for LLMs on target datasets.

    • Capable of customizing LLMs for problem sets containing large amounts of data.

    • Ability to design complex LLM workflows applicable to client-relevant use cases.?

    • Expertly incorporate and optimize prompts to enhance LLM outputs.

    • Design and optimize RAG workflows.??

    • Design complex guardrail workflows that can be incorporated into LLM pipelines

    • Ability to evaluate state of the art tooling and incorporate into LLM pipeline designs.??

    • Ability to converse in LLM design, solutioning, and lead trainings to technical peers.

    • Experience characterizing LLM vulnerabilities, robustness, and performance.

    • Experience mitigating LLM hallucinations, unwanted biases, low-quality, and poisoned data ??

    Role Description / Expectations:

    • The GenAI Senior Engineer leads in conceptualization, design, and building of tuned LLM capabilities as well as engineering leveraged capabilities derived from LLMs.??

    • Assists in developing programmed language capabilities, statistical analysis, NLP techniques.?

    • Develops novel LLM pipelines optimized for complex client use cases.

    • Implements optimal models, prompts, tools, and infrastructure components weighed against use case demands.

    • Carefully applies responsible AI methodologies and practices to reduce unwanted bias,ensure trustworthy application of LLMs, and mitigate risks.

    • Contributes to enterprise-wide understanding of LLM guardrails based on emerging research and observations from open source and commercial models.??

    • Develops and incorporates novel optimizations to enhance LLM performance for applied use cases.

    • Selectively applies LLM outputs to complex use cases.

    • Expertly incorporates data retrieval tools which can be applied to a RAG framework to optimally apply LLMs for advanced client-use case.?

    • Assists and trains junior LLM engineers in concepts, methods, and best practices.?

    • Contributes to design and assessment of automated tools for insertion of guardrails into LLM workflows.

    • Educates clients on ideal LLM use cases, prompting best practices, RAG workflows, and guardrail best practices.?

    • Rapidly iterates on data ingest, prompt, model, and guardrail improvements to enhance performance of LLM pipeline for a given use case after initial testing.??

    • Processes datasets for fine-tuning LLMs for target use cases.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience

    • Proven track-record of leading innovative teams, while producing tangible results.

    • Good communications skills.

    • Ability to represent Accenture in client-facing roles.

    Bonus Points If:

    • Advanced Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) related field, with Ph.D. preferred, but not required

    • 10+ years of industry experience

    • Experience with Federal Clients

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.     Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role :

    California: $ 156,000 - $383,500

    Colorado: $ 156,00 - $331,300

    New York: $ 144,500 - $383,500

    Washington State: $ 166,100 - $352,800
