    We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth however, exceptions for alternate work arrangements may be considered.

    Future Vertical Lift Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Specialist

    Bell has an opening in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters for a Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist to support FLRAA Program Management efforts for the development program.

    In this role, the SCRM Specialist will support the Strategic Sourcing team in preparation for stakeholder coordination, internal and external engagements, development of presentation materials, and successful completion of a variety of projects.

    What you'll be doing as a Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist

    • Responsible for administration, dissemination, and delivery of the FLRAA Program Supply Chain Risk Management Plan to the USG customer

    • Track and manage risks on the risk registry for posterity and review

    • Formulate SCRM strategy with various stakeholders to include how to identify, assess, handle and monitor risks in the lifecycle supply chain that have the potential to jeopardize the integrity of assets, compromise intellectual property, disrupt the flow of critical goods or services needed for continued DoD operations unexpectedly drive material cost increases to the program, or compromise national security

    • Maintain and update responsible parties with regard to SCRM primary risk categories and assign risk owners based on expertise

    • Host and administer working group meeting on regular cadence

    • Facilitate discussion of perceived risks within the supply chain to determine if inclusion in the risk register is needed in 12 categories of risk: compliance, economic, environmental, financial, foreign ownership control or influence, human capital, infrastructure, manufacturing and supply, political and regulatory, product quality and design, technology and cyber security, and transportation and distribution.

    • Be the end user for third party application that identifies global risks associated with industry partners and specific global regions that have an impact on the program.

    • Appropriately monitor and update known changes in risk items and promote to enterprise level RIO review when necessary

    • Assess supply chain risk by determining the severity of impacts to 1.) integrity of goods and services; 2.) assurance of supply; and 3.) economic efficiency to the contractors supply chain

    Qualifications

    Skills You Bring To this Role

    • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience creating presentations, reports, and metrics.

    • Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities.

    • Proven success in a data management.

    • In depth knowledge of aerospace and defense industry as well as its relationship with global and regional events

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Strong collaboration skills are of great importance to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other departments.

    • Organization, planning and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments.

    • Demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans.

    What you need to be successful

    • We are looking for inquisitive and driven professionals with a passion to innovate.

    • Bachelor's Degree with major in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or similar discipline, is required. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.

    • Related degrees and/or relevant work experience will be considered.
