    The Financial Systems Manager serves as the business lead for the implementation and enhancement of the Company's ERP software and other systems owned by the Finance department. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing the business process requirements of NTT and ensuring accurate configuration to meet those requirements. The role will be heavily involved in system configuration, testing, and training activities. The role will be a key stakeholder in implementing best practices within our end-to-end financial ecosystem to drive seamless financial accounting and reporting.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as Finance lead for the selection, maintenance, training, upgrades, and other core components of ERP and other financial systems software.

    • Utilize standard reporting tools to write, maintain and support a verity of reports or queries for individual and company wide use.

    • Partner with Information Technology staff and 3rd party vendors to enhance Power BI reporting capabilities and resolve complex reporting issues.

    • Support process improvement, process automation and system enhancement initiatives for the Finance organization

    • Research, recommend and develop functional solution design; define business processes, improvements, and business objectives with focus on SAP capabilities and integration points with other functional areas

    • Present solution options of business requirements to business process owners for decision making.

    • Responsible for the requirements gathering and solution design by partnering with the development team to deliver a configured and unit tested solution of sufficient quality and efficient functionality

    • Analyzes and documents requirements and designs solutions for the business process scenarios

    • Partner with SAP Program Manager to establish the design of SAP organization structure, business process, and master data.

    • Review and authorize business process design documents, functional specifications, end user system procedures, end-to-end business process flows, and user training.

    • Perform configuration of Finance systems.

    • Assist leadership in prioritizing work requests, bug fixes, and other initiatives as necessary.

    • Partner with business teams to document current business processes and create/use data insights to align on highest impact areas of improvement

    • Keeps abreast of SAP trends and innovations for their respective process areas or functional areas

    • Supports the super users for respective process area

    • Assist in documentation of systems and processes

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Demonstrated knowledge across the FI module of SAP S/4HANA - including knowledge of SAP integration points for transactional and master data

    • Minimum 5 years of SAP systems specific configuration and implementation experience strongly preferred

    • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

    • Strong proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard development.

    • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to motivate others to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

    • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field required.

    • Minimum of 10+ years' experience gained working with Oracle or SAP for a multinational organization.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years in management role.

    WORK CONDITIONS

    • This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared worked environment.

    • Occasional travel may be required

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending

    • Able to hear and speak into a telephone.

    • Close visual work on a computer terminal.

    • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license.

    This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

    NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 106,000 - $ 153,000.

    All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
