This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis for a Finance Intern.

Primary Responsibilities: In this position, you will participate in a variety of finance and accounting activities including, but not limited to:

• Performing monthly and quarterly financial close tasks

• Preparing month-end journal entries

• Analyzing financial data to assess accuracy and completeness

• Generating and interpret financial reports for management

• Preparing account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items

• Reviewing financial results and investigate variances to forecast

• Updating and maintaining forecast and budget models

• Assisting in preparation of financial reports for monthly and quarterly financial reviews

• Working with cross-functional organizations to compile actual and forecast data and prepare variance explanations

Education & Skills requirement:

• College undergraduate or graduate student majoring in accounting or related field

• Completion of introductory level accounting and finance course

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
