    Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

    Responsible for providing leadership and driving the execution of multi-discipline enterprise technology services across the world. Own and drive software engineering strategy across a portfolio of finance applications, including intercompany billing/settlement, close monitoring solutions and controllership tools. Responsible for managing key Finance IT relationships across business units for the support and enhancement of intercompany billing & settlement and controllership processes. Drive structured DevOps processes including agile project execution and CI/CD release management. Define and drive IT strategy and product direction across a portfolio of web applications. Lead a team, or team of teams, of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc. Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Identify and resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes. Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments. Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence. Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met. Drive adherence to IT Compliance standards (SOX, ISO) by minimizing exception processes and creating streamlined or automated solutions for gaps. Establish and foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time. Manage client & vendor problem resolution and escalation. Complete root cause analysis of defects and implement controls to mitigate repetitive issues. Ensure ongoing communication of progress against program objectives. Provide strategic oversight and drive team optimization and individual team member growth.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), and 6 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a related financial systems-oriented occupation required. The position also requires: 6 years of experience working with enterprise application implementations or operations in financial systems; 3 years of experience in intercompany billing & settlement technology or processes; 2 years of experience working with Azure/AWS cloud technologies; and 4 years of experience managing third party contractors and/or employees.

    Telecommuting permitted. When not telecommuting, must report/appear into/at company office in Norwalk, CT.
