General Summary

Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting.

WellSpan Health is seeking a BC/BQ physician to join a team of collaborative providers in an established practice near the city of Lancaster, PA. WellSpan is reimagining healthcare and utilizes DAX - Dragon Ambient eXperience in our Primary Care practices. DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider. Contact us to learn more!

Position Highlights:

• Join 3 physicians and 3 APPs in a brand-new building in Leola

• Lab and Imaging on site, Rehab nearby

• Full-time work in a 4-day work week

• Patient population includes Plain, Russian and Spanish

• Practice boasts long term staff who know the patients

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and

• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and

• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
