Family Medicine Physician

Great Lakes Physician Practice, PC seeks Family Medicine Physician (multiple openings) in Jamestown, NY to provide long-term comprehensive care for adults, adolescents, and the elderly and diagnose a wide variety of illnesses that can occur in any of the body systems; examine patients to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery; request necessary tests and follow-up visits; prescribe and administer medications; and refer patients to specialists, as necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide long-term comprehensive care for adults, adolescents, and the elderly and diagnose a wide variety of illnesses that can occur in any of the body systems;

• Examine patients to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery;

• Request necessary tests and follow-up visits;

• Prescribe and administer medications;

• Refer patients to specialists, as necessary.

• Must have M.D. or D.O. or foreign degree equivalent,

• Have completed Family Medicine residency program, and

• Have a valid New York medical license.
