Clearwater, FL.

Position details:

• Location: Clearwater, FL

• Faith Community Nursing

• Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

• Shift Hours: 9:00am - 5:00PM

• Weekend Work: Occasional

• On Call: No

• Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• The Faith Community Nurse Coordinator supports the initiatives of the Faith Community Nurse (FCN) department in identifying and recruiting faith communities in which to establish FCN ministries.

• Arrange and present information seminars to nurses and clergy

• Foster and maintain networking and supportive relationships with partnered FNC's.

• Assist in scheduling locations and coordinating the staffing to offer wellness screenings and or health education in the community.

• Participate in the orientation process of new FCN's.

• Assist in planning and facilitating continuing education events.

• Participate in grant tracking and the recording process.

• Assist with maintaining electronic databases for FCN statistics and compliance.

• Serve as a liaison to Health Ministry partnership providing FCN support.

Required Certification:

• FLORIDA RN (Registered Nurse) License

Required Education:

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing

• Preferred Bachelors Nursing

Experience:

• Required 5 years Healthcare or 2 years Registered Nurse

• Preferred 5 years Management
