The Exterior Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area outdoors.

Pay: $17.75 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Essential Functions

Building exterior cleaners remove dirt and litter from a building's exterior. They ensure the cleaning methods are compliant with safety regulations, and monitor the exteriors to ensure they are in proper condition.

Responsibilities

• Gather and empty trash

• Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment

• Wash windows, walls, and glass

• Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched frequently

• Order cleaning supplies

• Make minor building repairs

• Notify managers when a building needs major repairs

• Lock doors to secure buildings

• Handle tools to aid cleaning the outer part of buildings.

• Set up scaffolds or ladders to aid cleaning the outer part of buildings.

• Upkeep and troubleshoot tools to ensure good working condition.

• Must have knowledge on use of leaf blower machines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience

• 1 yr of similar work experience
