  • NURSE PRACTITIONER

    INPATIENT - REHABILIATION

    FORT WORTH, TEXAS

    Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner opening in Fort Worth, TX. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing inpatient care in the rehabilitation setting, collaborating with the healthcare team, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring high-quality care. The role involves working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    POSITION DETAILS

    Ø Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

    Ø Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills

    Ø Counsel & instruct patients and families regarding health issues.

    Ø Document using EMR system.

    Ø Participate in continuous quality improvement processes.

    IF YOU

    Ø Enjoy working day shift 7 AM-7 PM

    Ø Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Texas license

    Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ø Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting

    The Nurse Practitioner ("NP") Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.

    Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.

    The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.

    The NP's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only
