    General Summary

    The Chief Operating Officer develops strategies and deploys tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Plans and directs an organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Direct or coordinate an organization's financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.

    • Develops operating budgets.

    • Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.

    • Works with business development to create a bidding pipeline.

    • Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.

    • Oversees the needs of the business, produce sustainable growth, and minimize risk.

    Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

    • Masters Degree

    • 10 Years experience Business Development and Operations

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Effective organizational skills

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financials

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
