    Position SummaryCVS Health is looking for a dynamic marketing leader to join the Multi-Carrier Solutions team, an exciting and fast-paced new growth area within the organization. The Executive Director, Multi-Carrier Solutions Marketing will set the marketing strategy and align execution of the consumer-first, digital-first marketing plan. This seasoned strategic thinker will optimize the digital funnel and drive growth across the customer acquisition and retention journey. They will stay current on evolving media, technology and analytical trends and work with a cross functional team to bring these items to life. The ideal leader will articulate a clear vision and motivate the team to deliver against the vision:

    • Creates the marketing strategy and vision for our Multi-Carrier solutions offerings, targeting Medicare, IFP & FMO audiences, based on business priorities, data, industry trends, and customer insights

    • Introduces and nurtures a new brand in the marketplace to drive outsized growth through creation of a trusted relationship with consumers

    • Leads the ideation, roadmap and development of a digital shopping & enrollment experience, leveraging consumer feedback and insights from across multiple channels

    • Manages the forecasting of the full-funnel Marketing activities across offerings to ensure the delivery of goals including new member or agent acquisition and retention

    • Ensures mix of spend is optimized towards driving growth

    • Develop and refine tactics across the digital funnel to ensure optimal consumer experience and performance

    • Drives the strategy and execution of digital tactics including search, display, email, SEO, Social and content

    • Partners with key partners and stakeholders to envision and implement seamless omnichannel member and prospect journeys

    • Collaborates with cross functional senior leaders from across the enterprise to shape and influence digital and marketing approaches that utilize the breadth of CVS Health channels, including Retail, and Digital, Data and Technology organization(s)

    The ideal candidate is highly adept at bringing together enterprise digital colleagues, business partners and marketing leaders to connect to business goals, finding ways to improve existing digital experiences and marketing tactics and drive further growth through competitive intelligence, data, and testing. They are proactive and thoughtful in their thinking, persuasive in their communication, and possess outstanding verbal and written presentation skills. Exceptional at navigating a matrixed organization and delivering in an agile start-up Environment, they have a proven record of success at driving digital consumer health, wellness, and insurance experiences to deliver robust engagement experiences and differentiation in a challenging competitive environment.

    Required Qualifications

    • 15 years + proven experience in Digital and/or Marketing Strategy

    • Outcomes oriented with P&L ownership mentality - continuously driving for and achieving positive business outcomes

    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Proven success in navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization

    • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau skills

    • Located in one of our 4 CVS Health hubs: Wellesley, Hartford, Woonsocket, or NYC

    • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience developing and executing an end-to-end digital strategy to drive growth

    • Experience in building and leading teams; comfortable managing through ambiguity

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey

    • Able to not only influence, but strategically advise senior leaders across a large, complex and diverse organization, particularly at the senior levels

    • Highly communicative team player, adjusts to working style/needs of others to establish strong relationships

    • Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives

    • Medicare experience is a plus, not required

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience; an MBA or other advanced graduate degree in healthcare marketing or business is preferred

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $131,500.00 - $303,200.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
