  • Aston Carter is seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our clients in Norfolk, VA! Qualified candidates will have at least 7-10 years of experience, preferably with a Global company!

    Description

    • Will report directly to President of a Global company.

    • Manage president's calendar for meetings, events, time off, etc.

    • Plan and execute all travel including schedules, lodging, travel etc.

    • Manage expenses and reimbursements

    • Communicate with overseas offices

    • Create MS PowerPoint presentations for President and Chief of Staff

    • Manage key reports

    • Collect date and reporting materials for various metrics as needed

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

    • Bachelors Degree

    • Excel experience is a MUST

    • Pivot Tables, Graphs, VLOOKUPs, Sort/Filter, etc.

    • PowerPoint experience

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
