    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect to join our team. This opportunity is remote.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead the technical engagements to assess client business and technical objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk and execute projects effectively.

    • Architects and designs enterprise-class security systems for a production environment

    • Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy

    • Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats

    • Conduct Design Workshops with multiple stakeholders

    • Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge

    • Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements

    • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements

    • Work with Service Design management to develop strategic plans for architecture, engineering, integration, and dashboard

    • Ensure ManTech policies and procedures are followed via audits and other inspection mechanisms.

    • Provide reporting and feedback to senior management as required

    • Support the development and delivery of RFS proposals and/or Rough Orders Magnitude (ROMs) for initiatives as required

    • Assist in rectifying issues and improving service in faltering/failing projects

    Basic Requirements:

    • 10 years of enterprise architecting & engineering experience

    • Experience implementing multiple types of technical solutions (preferably security tools) in complex and heterogeneous environments. Must be able to clearly articulate your experience in:

    Architecting, designing, engineering, integrating, configuring, and deploying COTS solutions into enterprises.

    Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning

    Experience leading enterprise solution integration planning activities

    Experience with enterprise security solutions

    • 8 years of experience deploying technical solutions into enterprises

    • 8 years of IT security operational experience, including assessment of information assurance and interoperability.

    • 6 years of experience working with Security Authorization requirements, developing and enhancing the security risk posture, and analysis and reporting of IT security metrics.

    • 4 years of experience in security policy and emerging cybersecurity technologies.

    • Experience collaborating with Agencies to mature operational processes, reduce redundancies, and develop innovative solutions

    • Experience understanding organizational needs, proposing solutions, and managing project execution efforts designed to deliver overall program benefits for Government Agencies

    • Experience collaborating with US Government Agencies, state or local governments, or commercial entities to develop IT service program maturity in accordance with Federal IT mandates and best practices

    • Strong experience in ensuring customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and risk management on several medium to large projects

    • Experience in NIST RMF or CDM Framework

    • Experience in conducting assessments of an Enterprise by reviewing technical documentations, conducting interviews and workshops to identifygaps and developing a tailored solution is highly desired

    • Demonstrated experience in security solution design using existing and emerging technologies to achieve enterprise solutions.

    • General scripting experience

    • Must hold a Security Certification

    • Bachelor's degree in technical field

    Security requirements:

    • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance

    Preferred Requirements :

    • A ISC2 CISSP, CCIE, CCSP, Security+, CCNP Security, CCNA Security, CISA, VCP, GSE, SCNA, GCIH, and/or GLSC

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    The projected compensation range for this position is $141,100-$234,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
