You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating optimal and cost-effective projects and technologies. In addition to providing technical support, you will perform various functions such as supervising, requisitioning, defining, initiating, specifying, documenting, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar).

• 1-3 years of experience in the medical device industry.

• Statistical background is helpful.

• Knowledge of DHF or DHF Remediation, Medical Device Product Life Cycle, and Design Controls.

• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Minitab, DOORS, and CAD.

responsibilities

• Act independently to conduct smaller approved projects, making suggestions for improvements based on recent technical knowledge.

• Contribute to cost estimating of major capital budget items and spending of approved project funds.

• Assist in planning and executing components of the development process, including product revision or enhancement.

• Manage routine small projects without assistance.

• Investigate and analyze design improvement suggestions, recommending enhancements.

• Perform standard engineering assignments, selecting techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations under supervision.

• Utilize engineering tools to solve straightforward problems (e.g., FMEA, Finite Element Analysis).
