Expanding ERISA and Employment firm in Glendale has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a contract to hire hybrid Employee benefits Litigation Attorney.

Employee benefits Litigation Attorney.

• ERISA experience and understanding of how it relates to the construction industry

• Advising clients in administrative hearing - related to union contracts

• Law and Motion

• Draft writs

• Trial prep

• Settlement and negotiation

• Will train in some aspects

Requirements

• At least 1 day on-site the more the better!

• Employees who come three days a week get 400 dollar extra (does not apply during temp period)

• Will pay for public transportation

• Barred in CA with JD- previous paralegal experience nice to have

• 2+ years experience
