Drafting Lead

Description

Responsible for directing, monitoring, and managing the Drafting department. Facilitate projects awarded to Paragon, reviewing bid documents such as architectural prints and project specifications with Project Managers, scheduling and managing workflow through the department. DDH will also conduct reviews and make wage recommendations, assess the need for new staff and conduct interviews to fill new positions. The DDH will also initiate methods and systems to add efficiencies to the department and perform standard duties of the department draftsman.
