    Job Description:

    Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for the full cycle of business development and sales of Integrated Vision Solutions' (IVS) night vision and weapon-mounted laser products.

    Essential Functions:

    • Orchestrating the overall customer experience occurring with the assigned territory, from ensuring customer satisfaction during and after the sale through the execution of all program and product delivery.

    • Identifying, validating, and monitoring customer funding budgets and working customer procurement opportunities through all phases of the buying process to contract award.

    • Developing and executing a detailed account plan to achieve sales objectives; developing and forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual sales for assigned region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services.

    • Implementing sales action plans that achieve market growth and expansion of assigned territory.

    • Determining annual unit sale plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results and recommending selling prices by monitoring competition and supply and demand.

    • Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

    • Participating in trade shows and other events.

    • Able to travel at least 30% of the time and work extended hours.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant sales experience Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related sales experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related sales experience

    • Active (or active within the last 24 months) DoD Secret (or higher) US Security Clearance

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office

    • Strong communications skills - written and verbal.

    • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems

    • Possess first-rate public speaking ability.

    • Direct, full-cycle sales experience

    • Proven track record in the prospecting and closing new sales opportunities; expanding sales with existing customers and markets, and meeting/exceeding assigned quotas.

    • Full-cycle direct sales experience with a concentration in technical and Government sales (this does not include program management or account management)

    • Knowledge of Government capability development process (JCIDS, PPBE, AMS) and buying processes, including DFARS and FARS

    • Experience working within the Army or SOCOM capability development or acquisitions organizations or selling to these markets.

    • High level of proficiency in professional selling skills, account management, and capture planning and execution

    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

    • Display exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

    • Can develop and present high-quality presentations to all levels of a customer leadership.

    • Show excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and active listening skills.

    • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task.

    • Exhibit superior complex problem solving and decision making.

    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in sales software programs

    • Have exceptional customer service skills.

    • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage financial resources regarding the company budget

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $111,500 - $206,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
