  • ASRC Federal Professional Services is currently seeking dynamic self-starter to review, write, edit, and validate doctrine related to Counterintelligence (CI) for our Directorate of Doctrine and Intelligence Systems Training (DDIST) / Doctrine Division, Ft. Huachuca, AZ offices. This Doctrine Writer will conduct doctrinal assessment and research of Intelligence Support to Targeting related doctrinal material and will recommend and make updates thereof. Collaboration with stakeholders will be required, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

    Requirements :

    • Proven expertise and experience in writing and developing technical documents in standard American English grammar.

    • Demonstrated understanding of intelligence systems, operations, and training.

    • Able to travel to participate in meetings and working groups and visit units and training centers related to their task.

    • Ability to conduct extensive research and implement research into projects.

    • Ability to perform quality technical writing (e.g. military white papers, military research papers, SOPs, MIPB article submission, concepts, capabilities document, etc.).

    • Demonstrated aptitude in working in a collaborative team environment.

    • Self-starter with capability to keep projects on schedule.

    • Demonstrated experience in working with, or knowledge of, multiple intelligence disciplines and echelons.


    • Trained Counterintelligence agent, with a minimum of 10 years of investigative experience.

    • Minimum of 2 years as an investigative operations officer/manager or working in an investigative management element.

    • Preferred minimum of 1 to 2 investigative INSCOM (902d, MIB-Ts, Foreign CI Activity) or 650th MI BDE assignments.

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

    Clearance Requirements

    Employee shall possess a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
