    Job Description:

    JOB SUMMARY

    (This position will require 3 days per week onsite.)

    The Director - Security Health Plan (SHP) Customer Service Contact Center is responsible for designing, directing, implementing and maintaining a member contact center strategy and integration program for Security Health Plan call centers. This individual will work closely with SHP's management team to develop and foster a culture passionate about member experience and will provide horizontal oversight of member experience within SHP service lines. The Director manages the overall operations of the Contact Center, providing strong leadership, direction and motivation for the staff and ensuring cost, productivity, quality and services objectives are met.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

    Minimum Required : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration accounting or related field and 7 years' experience in health insurance industry leadership. Four years management experience of a call center or appointing within healthcare or call center field. Related work experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree; an additional 4 years of health insurance leadership or call center management will be considered.
