Inframark, a world-class leader in the water infrastructure industry, is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join our outstanding team in Horsham, PA, USA.

    As the Director of Total Rewards, you will be crucial in developing and implementing our Total Rewards strategy. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to build exceptional compensation and benefits programs that attract, empower, and retain exceptional professionals. Your knowledge and creativity will ensure our organization remains competitive in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead the total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

    • Design and implement competitive compensation programs, including base salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programs

    • Lead all aspects of the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and leave policies.

    • Conduct market research and analysis to determine the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits packages.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of total rewards programs.

    • Partner with HR business partners to provide direction and support on compensation and benefits matters

    • Stay informed about current industry trends and effective strategies to improve our total rewards offerings consistently.

    • Handle relationships with external vendors and consultants to optimize the efficiency of our total rewards programs

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted; Master's degree preferred)

    • Validated experience as a Total Rewards Manager or similar role

    • Proficiency in compensation and benefits principles and confirmed approaches

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to advise decision-making

    • Outstanding communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization

    • Demonstrated ability to implement and lead sophisticated compensation and benefits programs successfully

    • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently leading numerous tasks and meeting deadlines.

    • (S)PHR/SHRM-(S)CP, CEBS, or CCP/World at Work certifications preferred.
