Job Description

Sage Intacct, Inc. has full time position in San Jose, California for a Director, AI/ML Infrastructure. Duties include: Provide technical and strategic direction for Sage Artificial Intelligence Labs (SAIL) AI/ML infrastructure team to ensure delivery of an industry leading machine learning platform; Grow the infrastructure team with high performing talent to support current and future AI/ML initiatives; Take ownership of infrastructure team strategy, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and road map; Provide technical direction and guidance to ensure execution of infrastructure team vision; Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of roadmap with goals; Identify opportunities for platform improvement to allow team delivery of greater business value; Provide the tools, confidence, and motivation for infrastructure engineers to make decisions independently and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or related field plus 3 years of experience.

In lieu of Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field plus 3 years of experience, employer will accept 5 years of experience.

Background check required. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.

From $239,200.00 per year to 441,000.00 per year.
