  • The Digital Product Owner, Web will define opportunities and prioritize features and functionality on the product roadmap, ensuring a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out experiences that delight our customers and deliver on the company's vision and strategy.

    We are looking for someone versed and comfortable in agile product management frameworks, who is excited to identify and solve hard problems - both for customers and the business, views solutions through the lens of viability, feasibility, value, and usability, and is not afraid to sign up for results and hold themselves accountable to the product's success.

    • Partner with business stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap

    • Analyzes and develops differentiation against key competitors by understanding market landscape, emerging technology, and customer needs and trends

    • Synthesize customer feedback, research and market analysis opportunities into actionable features and experiments that will enhance user satisfaction

    • Translate business, user and product needs into requirements (user stories and tasks) and a prioritized roadmap and product backlog based on business goals and resource requirements

    • Deliver marketing requirement documents (MRD) and product requirement documents (PRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justification

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, web publishing, development, etc.) to design, build, launch, assess, and iterate against product features

    • Act as the customer advocate articulating the user's and/or buyer's needs

    • Work closely with development, sales, marketing, and customer care to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met

    • Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders

    • User acceptance testing/product QA for ongoing deployments and product launch

    • Establish KPIs to track product success, progress, and usage

    • Partner with analytics team to measure KPIs and monitor product performance in terms of digital product adoption and progress against goals

    • Run A/B tests, analyze data, recognize trends, and identify key levers for optimization

    • Ensure digital products comply with industry standards and company quality guidelines

    • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager

    • Technical background/aptitude and willingness to learn, with experience in Drupal/WordPress preferred

    • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams - collaboration with relevant stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer care, legal/privacy, etc. and team players such as UX design, web publishing and IT development teams is required

    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads to support continuous, meaningful delivery

    • Knowledgeable in ecommerce and digital payments

    • Certified Agile or Scrum product management is preferred

    • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $90,000-$122,000 of the salary range and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.

    All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation.? The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.??

    We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).?
