  • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning strategy and implementation for Byline's Social Media channels and website, support development and amplification of marketing campaigns with digital tactics, and well as serve as the marketing lead for initiatives associated with digital banking. This role is crucial in helping to strengthen Byline's digital identity and accelerate customer's awareness and adoption of digital capabilities.

    Scope of Responsibilities

    • Lead development and implementation of social media and website strategies to support achieving business objectives.

    • In collaboration with Marketing partners and internal stakeholders, develop and deploy social media content calendar and campaigns across various social media platforms.

    • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

    • Liaison with Customer Solutions team for social media listening to identify key customers trends and support customer/organization response as required.

    • Serve as primary lead and contact with external website agency partners to design, create, and optimize website content and features as required to support enterprise initiatives and marketing campaigns.

    • Coordinate execution of all compliance required features/needs on the website in a timely fashion.

    • Participate in planning and support execution of advertising campaigns on digital platforms.

    • Monitor and analyze social media following and performance and website performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.

    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media and website performance and be responsible for sharing reports with relevant stakeholders and leadership.

    • Lead website optimization initiative to maximize effectiveness of SEO, improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

    • Identify opportunities to optimize website content, structure, and user experience and collaborate with internal and external partners to execute on recommendations.

    • Serve as marketing lead on key digitally focused initiatives and act as representative on relevant cross-functional task forces/project teams. Relay project information and coordinate marketing tasks/efforts to deliver on digital project as required.

    • Keep abreast industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital; attend relevant conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills.

    • Educate and rally the marketing team to continuously improve digital engagement.

    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree with preference for Business, Marketing, Finance, or related degree is required for this role.

    • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media, website and/or marketing related roles.

    • Experience as "center of excellence" for digital, influencing marketing partners and internal stakeholders on digital strategy and plans to achieve business objectives.

    • Experience with digital analytics such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Meta to monitor performance and optimize as required.

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing peers to design, develop, and execute digital programs.

    • Ability to articulate vision and ideas via PowerPoint with strong communication skills, both written and presentation/verbal.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and interest in learning additional systems and software platforms including project management, bank core system software for report export and analysis as needed.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building capabilities and innovation.

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience in financial services or related industry an asset, but not a necessity.

    • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

    Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

    The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Byline Bank offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
