As a CACI Deputy Program Manager, you will provide subject matter advice and support to the contract PM and fill the role of the PM in their absence. As such you interact with senior US Government personnel in support of their agency's requirements and timelines.
More About the Role:
CACI is looking for a Deputy Program Manage r who will work closely with the contract PM and sponsor to anticipate requirements, respond to ad hoc requests, and manage deliverables on schedule and within cost. Our DPM will apply their previous experience supporting US Government agencies in high operational tempo environments. This is an opportunity to manage a group of professionals possessing a variety of technical skills, expertise, and certifications. The DPM will ensure program staffing is supported by helping to identify requirements, linking the requirements to the appropriate skills, and then attracting and hiring the right people with the right skills at the right time. The DPM assists in resourcing the contract team to meet requirements while tracking statuses of projects and keeping the sponsor fully informed as to their statuses.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience supporting US Government Agencies intelligence analysis and or technology development.
3+ years of experience supporting a US Government agency in a management role, partially responsible for deliverables and budget.
Familiar with intelligence analysis methodologies and/or data analysis tools.
Experience managing teams consisting of professionals possessing diverse and niche skills.
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Polygraph.
Knowledge of the US Intelligence Community.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
